As a customer at taurusgaming.com, your order is delivered with PostNord, either to a service point or via home delivery if the product weighs more than 20 kg.

If the items are in stock and the order is placed before 17:00, your order will be shipped the same day.

Delivery to a service point

We automatically send a delivery confirmation by email when your order leaves our warehouse. You will then receive a parcel notification via SMS to the mobile phone number you provided when the shipment arrives at the pickup location. If no mobile phone number is provided, a standard paper notification will be delivered to your mailbox approximately two days after delivery. However, you can collect your parcel without a paper notification if you have the tracking number and valid identification.


Service point

  • Normal delivery time: Sweden 1-2 business days, Denmark 1-3 business days and Finland 2-5 business days
  • Delivery to a service point of your choice
  • Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 are shipped the same day
  • Delivery throughout Sweden, Denmark and Finland

Your order will be delivered to the service point you selected at checkout. The standard holding time at the service point is 7 days. You can extend the holding time via the PostNord app, and if you wish, we can also extend the holding time up to 30 days for an additional fee.


Home delivery

  • You choose the time window during which the package is delivered
  • Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 are shipped the same day
  • Available throughout Sweden, Denmark and Finland

PostNord delivers your package to your door within the time window you have chosen. The delivery window is between 09:00 and 21:00 (in 2–4 hours intervals depending on postal code), and deliveries are made on weekdays excluding public holidays. You will be contacted via SMS or phone to confirm the scheduled delivery time. If you forget to make a delivery selection or miss the delivery entirely, the package will be left at a service point, which PostNord will notify you about. You can also book a new delivery for an additional fee.
