What information do we collect and why?

We primarily collect your information to offer you products on our website and to be able to administer and fulfil the agreement as well as deliver your order. As a result, we must also store certain information about your purchases for several years due to legal requirements. In addition to this, we process some of your information to market products that we believe you may be interested in.

Why and how long we process your information

Profiling for direct marketing

When you visit taurusgaming.com, we use your activity there to improve the selection of products you see. We offer a wide range of products and want to help you by showing what we believe is most relevant to you. However, we will still advertise on Facebook and Google, and you will continue to see our ads, but they will not be tailored based on what we believe you find most interesting.

Who we share your information with

At taurusgaming.com, we restrict access to your personal data to only those who need it for specific purposes. In the following cases, we need to share your personal data outside taurusgaming.com: We primarily use our own technology to provide our products to you. In certain cases, however, we need to engage external parties (for example, email distributions, IT systems, or various payment solutions) that process personal data on our behalf and therefore act as data processors. In such cases, we ensure that they maintain at least the same level of data protection for your information as we do. In some situations, we also need to share your personal data with a third party that processes the data for its own purposes and therefore acts as a data controller. Taurus Gaming primarily uses service providers in Sweden and a limited number within the EU. • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. If you are not satisfied with how we process your information, we hope you will inform us so that we can improve how we manage your trust.
