Taurus Gaming is owned by Inet AB (referred to below in this text), and the terms of sale apply as of 2025-11-20. By placing an order with Taurus Gaming, the customer accepts these terms of sale.
All prices in our price lists are stated inclusive of VAT. All prices are exclusive of shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices due to changes in VAT, abnormally large fluctuations in exchange rates, purchase prices, as well as changes in or the introduction of new statutory fees and other changes beyond our control. In the event of obviously incorrectly priced products, Inet AB reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.
After a customer has been granted authorization to place orders via the Taurus Gaming web shop, the customer is fully responsible for all transactions carried out using the customer’s authorizations in the Taurus Gaming Webshop. In the event of termination or suspension of a user, the customer’s obligations remain in force until Inet AB has confirmed the termination in writing. Delivered goods remain the property of Inet AB until full payment has been made.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, for example in the event of major changes in exchange rates. Stocked products are always delivered at the confirmed price, and if the price of a stocked product changes between order and delivery, the price stated in Inet AB’s order confirmation shall apply. For products that are not available in stock at the time the order is placed, the order-confirmed price applies, subject to price adjustments from the supplier or other circumstances beyond Inet AB’s control. After any adjustment, the new price must be approved by the customer; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
After a customer has been granted an account with authorization to place orders via the Taurus Gaming webs hop, the customer is fully responsible for all transactions carried out through the customer’s account in the Taurus Gaming web shop. We reserve the right to cancel an order or part thereof if the ordered product is out of stock.
In the event of termination or suspension of a user, the customer remains responsible for transactions on the customer’s account until Inet AB has confirmed the termination. The customer is responsible for storing personal and user-specific account information for the Taurus Gaming web shop in a secure manner and for ensuring that such information is not disclosed to any unauthorized party. If the customer suspects that an unauthorized party has gained access to such information, or if the customer suspects that the account is being misused in any other way, the customer must immediately contact us as follows: when our support is open, by email at support@taurusgaming.com.
For consumers, payment is made via the Taurus Gaming web shop using Qliro invoice/instalment payment/account, Swish, direct payment with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (for direct payment, the account is charged immediately at the time of order).
For sales to a minor or underage person, written consent from a legal guardian is required.
In the event of late payment, annual default interest of 24% is charged on the outstanding amount from the due date, as well as a statutory reminder fee. Any objections to an issued invoice must be submitted within 10 days. Inet AB reserves the right to transfer unpaid invoices to a debt collection agency. If the customer does not make full payment by the due date, Inet AB reserves the right to deny the customer further orders and/or deliveries.
Delivered goods remain the property of Inet AB until full payment has been received by Inet AB.
Inet AB do not permit purchases made for the purpose of resale, especially when conducted systematically, in an automated manner, or with the intention of exploiting campaigns or limited products for commercial profit (so-called scalping). This includes, among other things, the use of automated bot tools, bulk account creation, or organized purchases not intended for personal use.

We strive to ensure that our products are available to all customers under fair conditions. Any measures taken are intended to protect our terms and our customer base.
Confirmed orders for in-stock products placed before 17:00 are generally dispatched the same day (business days only).

Shipping costs are charged according to a separate shipping price list. Information regarding costs for other types of deliveries (e.g., courier services) is provided separately in each individual case, as these prices vary depending on the delivery address.
For shipments that are not collected, a fee of SEK 249 including VAT will be charged to cover Inet AB’s transport and administrative costs.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. If the goods appear to be damaged due to damaged packaging, always unpack and inspect the product itself. In the event of transport-damaged goods (physical damage to the product), the customer must immediately contact PostNord and file a claim. Then contact our support via support@taurusgaming.com and provide the order or invoice number as well as the claim number from the carrier.
In accordance with Swedish consumer protection legislation for distance contracts, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase from the date the product is received. Inet AB has chosen to apply an open purchase and right of withdrawal period of 30 days from the date the product is received.
A consumer has the right to open and inspect the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the consumer is satisfied with it. In cases where a reduction in value has occurred because of opening and inspecting the product, Inet AB reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value from the refund payable to the consumer.
For simpler handling and free returns, the customer should, prior to returning the item, submit a return request via support@taurusgaming.com, after which the customer will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that the issuance of a return number does not constitute approval of the right of withdrawal or open purchase. When returning the item, return shipping must be prepaid (either by using the provided return shipping label or by the customer paying the shipping cost). In addition, the invoice/delivery note must be enclosed and, where applicable, clearly marked with the return number. Please note that if the return shipping label provided by Inet AB is not used, the return must be sent with PostNord Parcel to Taurus Gaming, Ekonomivägen 6B, 436 33 ASKIM.
The product must be packed in outer packaging approved by PostNord (e.g. corrugated cardboard box) and secured with packing material so that it reaches Inet AB safely and is not damaged during transport due to inadequate packaging. Returns must be sent to Taurus Gaming, Ekonomivägen 6B, 436 33 ASKIM. PostNord provides a helpful guide on how to pack your shipment safely, which can be found here. Please note that the issuance of a return number does not constitute approval of the right of withdrawal or open purchase. Approval by Inet AB is granted only after we have received the product and verified that it has been returned in accordance with the above conditions. Upon full approval of the right of withdrawal or open purchase, the full amount paid by the customer for the product, including any costs relating to the original delivery, will be refunded. Refunds are made within 14 days.
To be eligible for free returns and free return shipping, you must report your return to support@taurusgaming.com within 30 days and receive a return shipping label. If you return the product using a shipping method where you pay the shipping cost yourself, Inet AB will not reimburse this cost.

Inet AB offers free returns and free return shipping as an additional service beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, to make it easy for our customers to shop safely online. To be able to maintain this service for most of our customers, we apply an upper limit of 5 free returns per calendar year and customer.
This means that, as a rule, up to five free returns per calendar year are permitted. Thereafter, Inet AB may, in cases of repeated and/or pattern-based returns that are assessed as abuse of the return model, restrict access to free returns for individual customer accounts.
We want our customers to feel secure when shopping, while at the same time ensuring that our return model is not exploited in a way that distorts our terms or negatively affects other customers. In cases of suspected systematic abuse, such as unusually high return activity, frequent use of products prior to return, or recurring returns without clear justification - Inet AB reserves the right to deny further free returns. In such cases, the customer may be required to bear the cost of return shipping, and future returns may need to be pre-reviewed and approved by Inet AB before being accepted.
As a consumer, you have the legal right to file a complaint regarding original defects in a product for up to three years. If your product breaks within three years from the date of purchase, you may contact us for an assessment. During the first two years, it is our responsibility to prove whether the defect was original or not. In addition, certain products are covered by a longer manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms, which is stated in the specifications for each product.
Please note that if the return shipping label provided by Taurus Gaming is not used, the return must be sent with PostNord Parcel to Inet AB, Ekonomivägen 6B, 436 33 ASKIM.
In accordance with Swedish legislation, consumers have the right to file a complaint regarding goods that were defective at the time of delivery within 3 years from the date of purchase. Notice of a complaint must be submitted to Inet AB within a reasonable time from the date the defect was discovered (a complaint made within 2 months from discovery of the defect is always considered to have been made in a timely manner). Defects that arise within 2 years from the date of purchase are normally considered original defects. Certain products (e.g. batteries) are consumables whose function and lifespan may vary without constituting a defect that can be claimed.
For simpler handling, the customer should submit a fault report to our support prior to returning the item. Complaints must be submitted by email to support@taurusgaming.com. Please note that the issuance of a return number does not constitute an approved complaint case. When returning the item, the invoice/delivery note must be enclosed, and the package must be clearly marked with the return number. Please note that if the return shipping label provided by Inet AB is not used, the return must be sent with PostNord Parcel to Taurus Gaming, Ekonomivägen 6B, 436 33 ASKIM. The product must be packed in outer packaging approved by PostNord (e.g. a corrugated cardboard box). Complaint cases received by Inet AB without approved outer packaging (e.g. in an envelope) will be returned to the customer without action, as such shipments cannot be approved for complaint handling.
If a defect for which Inet AB is responsible exists, Inet AB undertakes, in relation to the consumer, to remedy the defect by repair, replacement, or in certain cases a price reduction or cancellation.
The customer is entitled to compensation for costs that may have arisen in connection with the complaint. The customer is also entitled to compensation for any losses or more significant inconvenience and trouble that have arisen in connection with the defect or delay. In order to receive compensation, you must demonstrate that the product is defective or was delivered late and that you have suffered a loss. As a customer, you must take reasonable measures to limit your loss and attempt to keep costs arising in connection with the complaint to a minimum.
Inet AB’s liability arising from defects in goods is limited to what is stated in these general terms and conditions of sale and what is stipulated in the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).
Inet AB’s liability towards the customer is limited to the higher of the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the relevant product and the amount compensated under Inet AB’s business insurance in accordance with the decision of Inet AB’s insurer. Inet AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The aforementioned limitations apply subject to mandatory provisions under consumer protection legislation and the Product Liability Act.
All products sold by Inet AB can be used in Sweden and include manuals in either printed or digital form.
Inet AB is not liable for damage resulting from strikes, fire, governmental actions, labour disputes, accidents, errors or delays by subcontractors, operational disruptions, or interruptions in public communication systems, or other circumstances beyond Inet AB’s control that Inet AB could not reasonably have been expected to foresee and whose consequences could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome (“force majeure”). If force majeure in accordance with this provision persists for a period exceeding 2 months, both the customer and Inet AB have the right to terminate the agreement regarding the order and delivery of goods without any penalties or sanctions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably between the consumer and Inet AB, the consumer may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. More information about ARN is available at arn.se.
Consumers residing in an EU country other than Sweden may submit complaints online via the European Commission’s platform for online dispute resolution; see europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or corresponding dispute resolution bodies.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
